Endorphin Fitness Club - Hua Hin Thailand

Located in the heart of Hua Hin, one of Thailand’s most relaxed seaside destinations.

Two people in workout attire stand in a gym with weights and equipment.

Day Pass Price: 200 THB

Location: Soi 51, Hua Hin, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan 77110

First Impressions

Endorphin Fitness Club is a modern, clean gym located right in the centre of Hua Hin. The moment we walked in, the space felt welcoming, bright, organised, and clearly well maintained. The staff were friendly and approachable, making it inviting for both visitors and local residents. And while not a huge gym, the main 16m × 16m room is laid out efficiently, offering plenty of equipment without feeling overcrowded. The gym has strong cooling throughout, with multiple A/C units and wall-mounted fans helping take the edge off the Hua Hin heat. (You can read my reviews of the two other Hua Hin gyms without air-con and you’ll understand why this cool training environment was appreciated!)

Shower and change rooms are available, and lockers provide a secure place for your belongings. A drink fridge and protein shakes are also available for a quick refuel.

The 200 THB day pass is slightly higher than my usual preference, but for the facilities and equipment on offer, it still felt fair for the area, especially considering that two of the cheaper gyms I reviewed had no air-con, and trust me… it was sweaty for a mid-day training session!

Facilities and Equipment

Endorphin Fitness Club may not be the largest gym in Hua Hin, but it makes excellent use of its space with a wide range of modern machines, free weights, and cardio equipment. Whether your focus is bodybuilding, CrossFit, metabolic conditioning, or just cardio, Endorphin Fitness Club has what you need. The gym is clean, organised, and easy to move around in. A small side room offers additional metabolic conditioning equipment, giving even more variety for functional or circuit-style workouts.

Equipment Highlights include:

  • Smith machine

  • Squat rack

  • Multiple chest machines

  • Ab machines

  • Shoulder machines

  • Bicep machines

  • Back machines (assisted pull-up with dips, pulldown, mid-row)

  • Hip thrust machine (better than some I’ve used, but still not the perfect biomechanical connection)

  • Leg press

  • Hack squat

  • Single-leg extension and leg curl (you know I love unilateral equipment)

  • Benches and dumbbells up to 40 KG

  • Functional cable trainer

  • Cardio machines: Ski machine, bikes, treadmills, elliptical trainers

Everything was clean, modern, and well maintained with smooth resistance and solid mechanics throughout.

My Workout Experience

It was leg day for me, so I took full advantage of all the lower-body machines. The leg press setup was space-efficient with no sled weight resistance. The hack squat offered a fluid range of motion, and the unilateral leg curl and extension machines provided smooth, controlled movement (always a win in my book). I left satisfied with a solid workout.

Hubby trained chest and enjoyed the dumbbell range (up to 40 kg with good increments) and the variety of chest machines. The functional cable trainer gave controlled resistance and even tension for chest and tricep exercises, and the assisted pull-up machine felt sturdy. He also left feeling satisfied with his session.

The gym felt friendly and relaxed. Members were respectful, the staff were welcoming, the gym was clean, and the airflow made the session comfortable.

My Gym Review Rating

Endorphin Fitness Club delivered a clean, modern, cool, and well-equipped training experience. While the price sits slightly above my preferred day-pass range, the quality of the gym, equipment, and overall comfort made it feel reasonable and worth it.

Just for the record… 5 stars don’t come easy.

My Final Word:

Of all the gyms we visited in Hua Hin, Endorphin Fitness Club would be my pick which honestly surprised me. When researching gyms for this Hua Hin side quest, I wouldn’t have guessed this gym would become my favourite, especially at a 200 THB day pass. But it delivered exactly what matters: quality equipment, a clean environment, and a comfortable space to train.

During our visit, I tried four local gyms - all different in vibe, location, day prices, air-con vs. no air-con, and equipment. My reviews give you a full picture of what's available, so you can choose the gym that best fits your training style and preferences. Be sure to also check out my Hua Hin side quest blog too for places to stay, eat, and explore while you're here.
